Delivery
We offer the following delivery options:
Small Item Delivery: (For order value up to £5.00) £1.75
Royal Mail Second Class Post
Delivery is normally made within 7 working days but please allow up to 10 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all local and national holidays.
Standard Delivery: (For order value above £5.00) £3.95
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcel Courier Service
Delivery is normally made within 5 working days but please allow up to 10 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all local and national holidays.
Next Working Day / 24 hour Delivery (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) £9.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Courier Service
Delivery is normally made before 1pm the following day but can be up to 6.00pm. The Next Day (24 hour) delivery service is based on orders received by 11.00am. For orders made after 11.00am, please add 1 working day. Days quoted are based on working days Monday - Friday. There are no Weekend or Bank holiday deliveries on this service. Any orders expected to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered on the next working day.
The Next Working Day / 24 hour Delivery service option is NOT available to the following Post Codes or UK Islands:

PLEASE NOTE:
All parcels will require a signature upon delivery. In the event that nobody is available to sign for your PartyMart delivery, and no alternative instructions have been given, it will usually be taken to the nearest Royal Mail Sorting Office or the Parcel Courier depot. In this event the courier or Postman will notify you with a note through your door explaining your re-delivery and collection options.
Delivery of your PartyMart order can be made to an alternative address other than the billing address. We recommend delivery to your place of work if appropriate, or to someone such as a neighbour. In all cases a signature will be required.
Please note that we shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
